Application process :

1. Surface Preparation- (a) Ensure the Surface is clean, dry, and free from dust and loose material (b) Fill cracks with suitable filler and sand to achieve a smooth, uniform surface.
2. Base Coat First Layer- (a) Apply Terre Expose evenly using a steel trowel (b) Allow complete drying (c) Light sanding may be carried out to remove minor surface irregularities.
3. Texture Coat Second Layer- (a) Apply the second coat of Terre Expose using a steel trowel (b) Create the desired natural concrete effect by controlled trowel movement and finishing.
4. Clear / Wax Protection Coat- Apply one layer of clear coat with a colour wash sponge to seal and protect the surface.
5. Colour Enhancement Coat- Apply final colour coat with a colour wash sponge to enhance depth, shade variation, and durability.
6. Curing & Drying- Soft dry: 24–48 hours Hard dry: 7 days (weather-dependent)
