Application process :
 

1. Surface Preparation - (a) Ensure the Surface is clean, dry, and free from dust and loose material (b) Fill cracks with suitable filler and sand to achieve a smooth, uniform surface.

2. Base Coat – Apply one layer of Limostone Texture using a steel trowel in an even, uniform coat. Once fully dry, sand the surface to remove any excess material.

3. Top Coat – Apply a second layer of Limostone Texture and level or smooth as required. Once semi-dry, buff (using a semi-dry steel trowel) the surface to achieve the desired Limostone finish and sand (Using a rotary sanding machine, sand first with 320-mesh sandpaper, followed by 600-mesh for a smooth finish) the surface to remove any excess material.

4. Clear / wax Coat Application- Depending on the desired finish, use a colour wash sponge.

5. Curing & Drying- Soft dry: 24–48 hours Hard dry: 7 days (weather-dependent)
